$124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads to develop accurate financial plans and projections.
Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems to track production costs, analyze variances, and support pricing decisions.
Manage inventory valuation and control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and obsolescence reserves.
Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure data integrity, and mitigate financial risks.
Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for operational improvements.
Oversee cash flow management and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity and working capital utilization.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with international operations and multi-currency accounting.
Involvement in M&A due diligence and integration activities.
