What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a pipeline of custom program opportunities to achieve annual sales goals
Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team to generate new program leads and secure partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring strong customer service
Draft program budgets, create proposals, and write contracts in collaboration with international teams
Oversee pre‑departure planning and preparation processes with partners and CIEE staff
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in solution sales, account management, or partnership development
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with faculty or within higher education
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
Previous study abroad experience
