What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the Privacy Program with guidance on compliance related to HIPAA, HITECH, and state data privacy laws
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments and recommend safeguards for new products and vendor relationships
Assist with daily healthcare compliance activities across various digital health services
Draft and update policies, training resources, and operational documentation to facilitate compliance
Collaborate with teams to operationalize compliance requirements while supporting innovation
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5+ years of experience in privacy or healthcare compliance roles, preferably in digital health or telehealth
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and U.S. privacy laws
Ability to translate complex regulations into clear guidance
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in ambiguous situations
Collaborative communication style with a focus on integrity and member-first thinking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or CIPM
Experience with audits, accreditation, or compliance program development
Familiarity with digital health workflows and pharmacy services
