Drive orders growth into new and diverse markets for electric actuator products (XTE, RTS, M2CP and ECAT) Lead the Puffer effort and product growth programs by creating overall strategies and execution plans to maximize sales opportunities for XTE, RTS, M2CP and ECAT products Develop product competitive placement plans and collaborate to execute across all Sales Teams Develop product champions and SMEs across the Sales Teams Identify market opportunities and targeted markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to generate sales leads Report growth and competitive displacement opportunities to key stakeholders in the business Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or minimum (5) five years sales and business development experience in industrial markets such as, but not limited to, Oil & Gas, Refining, Midstream, Power A minimum of 5+ years of experience working with electric actuators Growth minded individual with strong selling and results oriented focus Proven ability to collaborate, influence and execute across matrixed organizations On-site plant experience with electric, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic actuation is highly desirable Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Self-starter with strong sales and cross functional skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills Competencies
