What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support and coordinate clinical and operational analytics as well as performance improvement projects
Develop and execute comprehensive operational performance improvement plans
Present operational metrics to stakeholders, including departmental Chairs and executive leadership
Manage and optimize resource allocation, including block scheduling for surgical efficiency
Conduct on-site studies to gather data for operational change and improvement projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus five (5) years of project management experience OR a High School Diploma/GED plus nine (9) years of project management experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present information effectively to large audiences
Strong proficiency in MS Office, database software, and analytics software
Experience in managing large performance improvement projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree (MBA or MHA)
Project Management Certification
