Insight Global’s top banking client is looking for a Client Services Officer to join the Treasury Services department and support external clients with complex day‑to‑day issues. The CSO will act as the main point of contact, manage client retention, de‑escalate and resolve issues via email and phone, assist senior CSOs, offboard clients, attend client meetings, and partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries. This role requires multitasking, learning operational flows, and advocating for clients and is fast‑paced. Responsibilities

Act as client service point of contact for daily inquiries and ensure timely response by adhering to service levels Identify and appropriately elevate matters requiring immediate attention to Senior Client Service Officer or Service Director Develop a firm understanding of all standards, policies, procedures, and client service tools/systems Acquire and utilize knowledge of core Treasury Services product suite and associated operational flows to address client inquiries Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in customer service Strong customer service skills – willing to chase answers and find solutions for clients Financial Services experience – specifically in ACH, Wire Transfers, Foreign Exchange, Lockbox, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CRM experience, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Working hours: 8 hours a day between 8 am–7 pm EST.
