What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s strategic goals
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather insights and prioritize features
Ensure the product meets client needs and market trends while supporting business objectives
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for strategic decision‑making
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
