Fully Remote Litigation Attorney – California required
Be among the first 25 applicants. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr. This role is fully remote. You must be located in California and admitted to the California State Bar in good standing. Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment litigation matters. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in arbitrations and trials. Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience. Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice. Experience in taking and defending depositions. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels. Seniority level
