Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, quality, and skilled trades.
Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' technical aptitude, safety consciousness, and fit for the manufacturing environment.
Partner closely with manufacturing plant managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
Participate in local job fairs, community outreach, and educational partnerships to promote the company as an employer of choice in manufacturing.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using various tools and platforms.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and technical skills required for roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Exceptional communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Bonus Qualifications
