Mortgage Loan Processor
Join to apply for the Mortgage Loan Processor role at TEKsystems. Fully in‑office at a brand new office in Carrollton, TX. Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM. Key Responsibilities
Process a variety of loan types including conventional, FHA, and VA home loans. Review and update loan applications based on data change requests. Identify and analyze financial documents, including large deposits. Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of loan processing experience; Jr. underwriting preferred. Familiarity with purchase transactions and mortgage credit standards. Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan products. Ability to identify and interpret financial documentation. Experience with AUS and Encompass (preferred). Prior experience in credit unions or mortgage lending environments. Pay & Benefits
