Location and Compensation Location: Austin, TX. Full‑time. Salary: $80k-90k.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and social engagements.

Handle personal errands: reservations, household services, family logistics.

Coordinate personal travel: flights, accommodations, family trips.

Plan and organize personal events and social gatherings.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion for all personal matters.

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening emails, calls, and vendor communications.

Assist with special personal projects and events.

Track expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, and manage personal budgeting.

Maintain an organized system for digital and physical files; oversee home operations and vehicle upkeep.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2+ years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C‑level executive.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, take initiative.

High professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.

Problem‑solving attitude; thrive under pressure in fast‑paced environment.

Flexibility for occasional non‑traditional hours.

Willingness to travel with the CEO (15%+).

Valid driver’s license and clean vehicle report.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in startup, technology, or high‑growth environment.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience managing Airbnb properties.
