What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Coordinate staff assignments to support patient care needs and provide scheduling support
Utilize staffing technology to allocate staff effectively and request agency staff as needed
Document staff assignments and ensure timecard accuracyCommunicate staffing changes and scheduling adjustments to staff using electronic systems
Participate in staff meetings and huddles, and assist with orientation for new staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred
0 to 2 years of basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast‑paced medical environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Post‑secondary education
Experience working in a medical environment with a focus on staffing and scheduling
Familiarity with electronic communication systems
