Aegis is currently partnering with a local manufacturing company in Aurora to identify a HR Generalist to join their growing company and thought your experience could be a good fit.

What Will I be Doing?
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure timely approval of weekly timecards.
Employee Support:
Respond to payroll, benefits, and leave inquiries; guide employees through processes such as workers’ compensation and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & Reporting:
Assist with audits, mandatory filings (EEO-1), and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Union Relations:
Act as a key liaison for union representatives and employees, interpret and apply the CBA, and participate in grievance investigations and resolutions.
Collaboration & Projects:
Partner with HR leadership on organizational improvements, support site management with HR initiatives, and assist with company events and special projects
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Payroll and HRIS experience
Associates or Bachelors degree (HR or related field preferred)
