Executive Account Manager @ AppleOne Employment Services | Medical Staffing HR Generalist

– Manufacturing

Location: Miami Lakes, FL (100% On-Site, Monday–Friday)

Pay Range: $70,000 – $75,000 based on experience level and qualifications

Overview:

AppleOne Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company specializing in small parts, based in Miami Lakes, to identify an experienced HR Generalist. This role will support approximately 150 employees and oversee all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement while serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and staff in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.

Process payroll accurately and on time.

Lead and present at monthly Town Hall meetings, demonstrating strong communication and public speaking skills to engage large employee groups.

Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and corrective action.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures.

Partner with leadership to support company culture, retention, and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).

5+ years of HR Generalist experience with proven ability to manage all aspects of HR.

Manufacturing industry experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HRIS systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday.
