Responsibilities

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop creative and effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Provide insights and recommendations on potential candidates.
Proven recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, driven by a strong passion for matching top talent with business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
Candidates must be located in Houston, Texas.
