Legal Administrative Assistant – Litigation (Denver, Hybrid)
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office
A premier legal team is seeking a highly skilled
Legal Administrative Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to a group of busy attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage a high volume of assignments, including sensitive and confidential correspondence.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, filings, court forms, presentations, and other litigation materials.
Support litigation processes such as trial binder preparation, deposition scheduling and logistics, witness binders, and exhibit management.
Handle federal and state e‑filings; manage PACER and court ECF notices and deadlines.
Manage attorney billing processes including time‑entry, reviewing and correcting data, finalizing submissions, maintaining billing records, and assisting with resolving discrepancies.
Maintain and update attorney calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure attorneys remain on schedule.
Organize, maintain, and archive client and case files with a high level of accuracy.
Stay current on court rules and filing requirements; prepare and submit filings in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Prior experience supporting litigation attorneys is
required .
Strong knowledge of e‑filing across multiple court systems; familiarity with PACER and ECF.
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and strong skills in MS Office Suite.
Ability to learn and use programs such as Adobe, DocuSign, Best Authority, PDF management tools, and document management systems (iManage preferred).
Exceptional proofreading, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to support multiple attorneys with competing priorities.
Comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
Compensation & Work Model
Salary range:
$70,000–$95,000 , depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule:
three days per week in the Denver office .
Position may include overtime opportunities depending on caseload and deadlines.
