SubroIQ is seeking a Collection Subrogation Specialist to collect outstanding balances, provide documentation, coordinate disputed invoice resolution, and, when necessary, escalate high‑risk customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence.

Complete activities such as phone calls, internet searches, third‑party report reviews, etc., to obtain reliable contact information.

Maintain minimum account work standards as assigned by Management.

Negotiate claims’ resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties.

Establish agreements for lien releases.

Acquire background information when necessary.

Establish monthly payment contracts.

Prepare investigative correspondence.

Job Requirements

1 year of third‑party collections and/or subrogation experience required.

Exercise independent judgment.

Negotiate settlements.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and strong computer skills (Excel preferred).

Critical thinker.

Strong attention to detail and goal‑oriented.

Ability to deescalate adverse situations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Dependability.

Customer service experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits

$17–19 (DOE) per hour plus commission.
