Sexual Abuse Litigation Paralegal (Texas) — Houston HQ (In Office / Hybrid)
We represent survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault nationwide. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build a case engine designed to pursue these claims at the highest level, with trial‑ready standards and a survivor‑centered, trauma‑informative approach.
This role requires at least 3 years of sexual abuse/sexual assault litigation paralegal experience and true end‑to‑end ownership across pre‑litigation, litigation, settlement, and trial preparation.

Work Location & Travel This role is based at our Houston, Texas headquarters with in‑office work required and hybrid flexibility depending on case needs and performance. Travel may be required for major case events.
What You Will Own (Case Engine)
Manage matters end‑to‑end: pre‑suit through litigation, settlement, and trial prep
Maintain calendars, deadlines, task routing, and standardized checklists
Drive records strategy and tracking (medical, therapy, institutional, law enforcement, employment, education, etc.)
Draft and manage discovery packages, subpoenas, notices, and deposition/trial materials
Coordinate tightly with attorneys, client advocates, and investigators to keep cases moving
Communicate professionally and trauma‑informed with clients as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and boundaries
Required Qualifications
3+ years sexual abuse/sexual assault litigation paralegal experience
Proven experience managing cases end‑to‑end through pre‑litigation, litigation, settlement, and trial prep
Excellent organization, writing/formatting discipline, and confidentiality
High reliability, responsiveness, and ownership mentality
Preferred Qualifications
Plaintiff‑side sexual abuse institutional liability experience
Trial prep experience (preferred)
E‑filing experience (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required
Compensation Above‑market for paralegals with proven end‑to‑end sexual abuse case ownership; aggressively benchmarked and can exceed market based on experience, responsibility, and performance.
