IMMUNIZATION COORDINATOR/EMPLOYEE HEALTH NURSE (Split Mission/Polson)
Successful applicant must have an
Associate’s degree in Nursing
from an accredited school of nursing.
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in public health, immunization, or employee health.
Current BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe (if not CSKT) and DD214 if claiming veterans preference.
Application Requirements All applicants must submit a tribal application and the following documents:
Academic transcript/training certificates
Licensure documents
Copy of valid driver’s license
Proof of tribal enrollment (if not CSKT) and DD214 (if claiming veterans preference)
Applicants not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre‑hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.
Salary & Benefits Salary ranges from $31.51 to $36.22 per hour plus benefits.
