We are seeking an experienced Contract HR Generalist to join our team with an immediate primary focus on full-cycle recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employee onboarding while providing support on additional HR functions as needed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive talent acquisition professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. There is an opportunity for this role to become a full-time employee in 2026.

Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various departments and levels

Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels

Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews to evaluate candidates

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation within approved parameters

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring pipeline status

Develop and post compelling job descriptions that attract top talent

Facilitate positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries

Support HR compliance activities and maintain employee records

Coordinate with benefits administration and HR systems as needed

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience with substantial focus on recruiting and talent acquisition

Proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple functions and levels

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting channels and tools

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments

Industry‑specific recruiting experience relevant to our organization

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools

Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting
