Job Title
Supervisor I – Outlet
Primary Purpose
Leverage retail expertise to drive sales, build repeat business, and deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour, adt, upt, and capture rate. Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge across all categories. Model a high‑energy selling environment and provide consistent coaching on the sales training process. Educate the team on personal sales goals, store stats, and motivate them to achieve results. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Maintain brand and operating standards to support brand consistency and store presentation. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and opening/closing registers. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, FedEx shipments, repairs, and damages. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. College degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Physical Requirements
Available to work a full store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods of time. Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders.
