Job Details / Experience

2–5+ years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a mid‑size law firm, supporting multiple attorneys

Proficient in Word, Excel, e‑filing and immigration forms software

Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also able to work independently

Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills

Responsibilities

Supporting 2–3 attorneys

Frequent communication with clients

Managing calendars

E‑filing

Maintaining confidential records
