What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Use predictive modeling to enhance member experiences and drive business outcomes
Develop processes to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Pharmacy, Business, healthcare, or a related quantitative field OR 3‑5 years of data analytics or data science experience
Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling
At least 3 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up causal inference experiments
Strong knowledge of predictive modeling and segmentation techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in home health or post‑acute care analytics
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards
Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare‑related field
Experience with Snowflake/Databricks
Marketing experience a plus
