About the Opportunity Join a mature, Private Equity-backed leader in the Fleet Management & Telematics space. Unlike early-stage startups facing uncertainty, we are a stable "platform" company focused on efficient growth, strategic acquisitions, and high ROI.
What You Will Do
Execute High-Velocity Outbound:
Drive new business by executing 60–80+ activities per day (calls, emails, social touches) to identify opportunities in the Mid-Market.
Target Specific Verticals:
Engage business owners in "blue-collar" industries like construction, field services, and government. You must be able to cut through "corporate speak" and have direct, business-value conversations.
Rigorous Qualification:
Move beyond simple appointment setting. Qualify leads based on strict criteria (fleet size, pain points, budget) to ensure our Account Executives receive high-quality pipeline, not just volume.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain spotless data hygiene in our CRM. We are a data-driven organization, and accurate reporting is non-negotiable.
Master the Tech Stack:
Rapidly learn our comprehensive suite of fleet tracking and video telematics solutions to effectively cross-sell and articulate value.
What You Will Need
Unshakeable "Grit":
You are resilient in the face of rejection and understand that sales is a numbers game. You don’t shy away from the phone.
Coachability:
You are eager to learn a proven system rather than reinventing the wheel. You actively seek feedback and implement it immediately.
Strong Commercial Instincts:
You understand the difference between a "busy" day and a "productive" day. You focus on outcomes (meetings held), not just inputs.
Clear Communication:
You can speak confidently to a construction CEO or a Fleet Manager without relying on jargon.
Experience:
Previous experience in high-volume outbound sales (SaaS or Telematics) is a plus, but we hire for attitude and drive first.
Merit-Based Progression:
We operate on a high-performance culture. Successful BDRs have a clear path to Senior BDR or Account Executive roles.

You will be trained by leaders who helped invent the modern high-velocity sales motion for fleet tracking.
