What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 5+ employees in a fast‑paced mill environment.
Oversee daily feed production and ensure efficiency, safety, and top‑quality output.
Develop and drive Preventative Maintenance and Production goals that keep things running smoothly.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems – your hands‑on expertise will shine here.
Work closely with leadership to optimize performance and resource use.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a feed mill, grain elevator, or related ag manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical or maintenance background – you know how to keep equipment running at its best.
Leadership ability – capable of managing, training, and motivating a team.
A safety‑minded, organized, and proactive leader ready to take ownership of results.
