Assistant Feed Mill Manager

EMPLOYER:Back Forty Feed LLC JOB TITLE:Assistant Feed Mill Manager JOB LOCATION:30098 US Hwy 59, Morris MN 56267(Stevens County) JOB DUTIES: Responsible for assisting the Feed Mill Manager in managing feed mill operations and grain handling. Specific duties include: (1) Ensuring quality assurance programs are followed; (2) Assisting Manager to ensure all biosecurity measures are followed; (3) Ensuring equipment, trucks, and trailers are maintained and in working condition; (4) Ensuring safety shields and safety protocols are followed; (5) Ensuring rodent control and cleanliness in and around the feed mill; (6) Working with Manager on following feed budgets; (7) Assisting Manager with feed delivery times and location; (8) Assisting Manager with dust control programs; (9) Assisting Manager to ensure employee safety procedures are followed. REQUIREMENTS:Two years of agricultural experience, including specific feed mill experience. Daily travel within a 30-mile radius to deliver feed (company provides vehicle and gas).
