Provide exceptional customer engagement by resolving consumer inquiries and concerns
Support Care Services staff through coaching and feedback
Utilize database tools to analyze consumer feedback and improve service quality
Manage specialized consumer support activities via websites
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center environment
Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
Ability to type at least 40 WPM
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
Proven ability to multi-task effectively
Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
