Position Summary Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants who want to work in an outpatient setting for adults, children, family, Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) services. Applicants must be outgoing, like working with the public, and welcome BCI's clients cheerfully while providing superior customer service. Must have the ability to multi‑task and always remain professional to ensure that each client walks away having had a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
Responsibilities
Orient new clients
Maintain the BCI waitlist for services
Coordinate initial face‑to‑face sessions
Coordinate community wellness checks
Provide backup services
Collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders
Multi‑task and remain professional at all times to ensure a positive therapeutic experience for each client

Preferred Qualifications Bilingual/bicultural English and Spanish (not required)
