Primary Care Practice Manager (PCPM) (Project Management)
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a qualified Primary Care Practice Manager (PCPM) to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its Health Clinic in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The clinic serves individuals with behavioral health needs and the general public within an integrated, patient‑centered care model.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations, workflows, and staffing
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient experience outcomes
Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinic staff
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and coordination of services
Partner with leadership on operational performance and clinic growth
Compensation and Benefits Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
