We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes, mission-critical electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in environments where uptime and reliability are non-negotiable, such as data centers, telecom facilities, healthcare institutions, and emergency operations centers.

About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of mission-critical projects, from pre-construction planning through commissioning and turnover. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with Tier-level reliability standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations. This position requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects that support continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale electrical projects for mission-critical facilities, ensuring Tier III/Tier IV reliability

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to meet milestones

Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports

Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local codes

Oversee installation of critical systems such as UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, and HVAC controls

Drive safety culture and enforce company standards

Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction project management

Proven track record managing mission-critical projects (data centers, telecom, healthcare, etc.)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, redundancy design, and Tier-level standards

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
