What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function

Provide guidance and communicate policy changes to leaders and business lines

Direct and guide capital reporting teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Collaborate cross‑functionally to facilitate timely implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements

Coach and delegate work to junior professionals as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry

Advanced knowledge of accounting practices and regulatory reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)

Strong understanding of bank accounting principles

Excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification

Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)

Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting

Experience with Microsoft Office products
