Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline. Implements and supports continuous improvement and business process changes. The candidate for this position must be local to the WI/MN areas as there is no relocation assistance or sponsorship for this position.

Primary Responsibilities

Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands.

Analyze and communicate value stream and/or supply chain capacity and constraints.

Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools, such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, etc.

Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.

Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make, or deliver).

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.

6-8 years combined experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics.

Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, data mining, and data reporting.

Strong computer skills and experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Seeks opportunities to learn from others with more experience and tenure in the organization.

Actively participates in creation and progress of Individual Development Plan.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with high-volume production planning.

Effective communication skills through written, verbal, and listening techniques.

Experience with PowerBI, ERP, Excel.

Compensation Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn

$68,480.00 - $102,720.00

annually.
