SAP (Cutover) Implementation Manager

to drive end‑to‑end cutover across North America.

What will you do?

Plan the cutover and define the cutover strategy and organization for management approval.

Drive detailed cutover plans by facilitating integration and coordination among responsible teams.

Drive the business operation to create a business continuity plan.

Work with change management and communication to prepare internal and external cutover communication plans.

Prepare cutover execution monitoring and control.

Set up and facilitate cutover coordination and progress follow‑up meetings with site coordinators and relevant teams.

Define cutover KPIs and dashboards for progress follow‑up.

Work with business and project management to identify and manage cutover risks.

Set up the cutover war room for final cutover execution coordination.

Provide inputs for go/no‑go decisions.

Coordinate execution of the cutover.

Plan and coordinate execution of dry runs.

Manage ramp‑down and ramp‑up of business processes and activities according to target cutover planning.

Working conditions

Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast‑paced environment.

Willing to work outside the standard 8‑5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.

Travel up to 50%.

Ability to work independently in a stressful work environment.

What qualifications will make you successful?

5+ years of relevant work experience.

Solid understanding of business organization and processes.

Logistics and manufacturing process knowledge.

Ability to define change required from As‑Is to future state.

Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple projects.

Good communication and coordination skills.
