Our Client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role will partner closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making and maintain strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:
Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
Coordinate audits and serve as primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors
Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
