Qualifications

A current LPN license in the state of Missouri

Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in their daily activities

Encourage socialization and engagement to promote overall well-being

Create a safe, comfortable environment where residents can thrive

Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature

Take instruction from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician
