Requirements Current Missouri LPN license COVID‑19 vaccination or willingness to obtain High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care Support residents in daily living activities Foster social engagement and a positive atmosphere Follow nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate Record patient history and monitor changes Take vital signs (BP, HR, temperature, etc.) Collaborate with RNs and physicians
