Hiring a Mechanical Engineer with design knowledge & experience of machined and fabricated parts (e.g., shafts, bearings and housings, drive components, mounting plates, precision spacers, structural frame weldments, sheet metal bins)
Prior experience required with machine redesigns/retrofits, designing individual parts and components of a machine.
Location West Milwaukee, WI
Salary $90,000-105,000 DOE

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years experience as a mechanical engineer
Proficient with minimum of one of the following 3D CAD software: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks
Design and redesign of machine components and fabricated parts (e.g., shafts, bearings and housings, drive components, mounting plates, precision spacers, structural frame weldments, sheet metal bins, channels, covers, ducts, etc.)
Experience in a made-to-order type environment focusing on semi-custom machinery

Bottle Filling or Capping equipment
Responsibilities
Designing of machined and fabricated parts
Prepare proper BOMs based on design, using primarily Solidworks and some Inventor
Analyze and prioritize projects based on the scope of established internal operations schedule.
Interface with the Production Department to conduct machinery mechanical testing and interfaces with other departments
