NFS values your experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns.
We are looking for therapists who will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
Responsibilities
Provide structured therapeutic interventions in client’s home.
Support caregivers to better understand children’s needs.
Explore patterns of behavior and improve communication.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders.
Experience with children on autism spectrum desirable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
Bilingual fluent English and Spanish a plus.
Compensation
Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour.
