Our client, a Richmond, VA based leading provider of pediatric occupational and speech therapy, is actively recruiting an enthusiastic and dynamic Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our expanding team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact by providing high-quality, discipline-specific treatment to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of children to assess their needs and challenges.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals and plans.
Administer standardized assessments to gauge developmental progress.
Provide parent education and support, fostering collaboration in the therapeutic process.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
VA State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
New graduates are also encouraged to apply; mentorship opportunities available.
