Summary Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience
Minimum: No previous work experience necessary. After completion of 3 full years/beginning of 4th year may be eligible for Physical Therapist Level II.
Preferred: Clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as marketing and business familiarity. Spanish proficiency.
Certifications
Required: Current Texas State license (new graduates prior to orientation; all others prior).
Required: Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support. Must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
