Pay Range Base pay range: $105,173.00/yr - $114,121.00/yr.

Duties Description Provide, oversee, and coordinate nursing and health‑related care services for a caseload of individuals in a community setting, such as a Family Care Program, Mobile Integration Team, and outpatient clinic. Perform clinical case management activities; serve as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team; and provide nursing‑specific clinical, consultative, and instructional assistance to individuals, their families, other disciplines, and health care providers.

Minimum Qualifications For candidates outside or within state service:

License and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.

Two years of post‑licensure clinical nursing experience; one year of this experience must have been providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness, developmental disabilities, addiction, or substance use disorders in a community setting.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing substitutes for one year of post‑licensure clinical nursing experience; master’s degree substitutes for two years. Neither degree substitutes for the required one year of specialized community nursing experience.

For candidates from within state service, consideration for transfer to a competitive class position if they have one year of permanent competitive or 55‑b/55‑c service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
