Full-time (0.75 FTE), Standard Hours: 30.00
Shift:
Shift 1 – M/T/W 7:00‑12:30, TH 7:00‑12:30, F 8:30‑5:00
Job Summary:
The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for front‑of‑house and patient‑facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors, and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
Experience:
Minimum one year as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer‑service field. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Special Skills:
Effective communication (oral & written), ability to multi‑task, strong proactive organizational skills, excellent customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare preferred.
