Physician – Musculoskeletal Radiologist (Open Rank/Track Faculty) Location:

Columbus, Ohio – The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

Position Overview The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center are seeking a faculty Musculoskeletal Radiologist. The role is academic and clinical, with responsibility for patient care, education, research, and service. The faculty member will contribute to the department’s mission of patient‑centered care, innovative research, and inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality musculoskeletal imaging and interventional procedures, including joint injection, aspiration, and percutaneous biopsy.

Deliver patient care within the radiology clinical service, including day‑shift and evening shift coverage; weekend call approximately 1 in 7.

Educate medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty through lectures, seminars, and bedside teaching.

Mentor and sponsor trainees and peers in the department.

Advance clinical, translational, and basic science research; serve as principal investigator or co‑investigator in grants and clinical trials.

Participate in departmental, institutional, and community committees representing research and innovation interests.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. with board‑eligible or board‑certified radiology (ABR, ABOR).

Subspecialty fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging or equivalent experience.

Licensure in the State of Ohio.
