Pay
Base hourly rate: $27.00 – $34.90 per hour
Daily pay options available
Additional sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 for certain shifts
Day in the Life of an LPN You provide total care for residents, monitoring conditions, administering medications, following physician orders, and ensuring narcotic policies are met. You document care, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect. You uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements, maintain excellent customer service, and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required
Work Schedule Full‑time; 12‑hour shifts, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
