Full-Time or Part-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Summary We invite you to join our enthusiastic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift, where you will play a crucial role in delivering essential nursing care within our detox and stabilization environment. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support clients through their detoxification journey, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
Conduct nursing assessments for new admissions during daytime hours
Administer medications in accordance with medical protocols and closely monitor client responses
Apply detox protocols and perform regular COWS and CIWA assessments as needed
Monitor vital signs, document observations, and respond proactively to emergent needs
Provide compassionate support and reassurance to clients during detox and stabilization
Communicate effectively with on-call providers and assist with daytime medical needs
Ensure a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment during the day shift
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
Preferred: experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment
