Summary Our Langhorne residential program provides gender‑specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas. The program empowers women to cope with trauma safely and helps men overcome addiction through structured education, therapy, and medical care. Our LPNs ensure timely lab review, address physician orders, and support our recovery mission.

Schedule 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, 3 days per week – working rotating weekends
OR 4‑day shift 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm – working rotating weekends
OR 5‑day shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm – working rotating weekends
Pay $30 – $34 /hour plus shift differentials
Shift Differential Information 7:00 am – 3:00 pm – 1st Shift differentials: Saturday and Sunday $1.50
3:00 pm – 11:00 pm – 2nd Shift differentials: Monday‑Friday $1.00, Saturday and Sunday $2.00
11:00 pm – 7:00 am – 3rd Shift Differentials: Monday‑Friday $2.00, Saturday and Sunday $3.00
Top Reasons Why a Nursing Position With Pyramid Healthcare
Our nurses do not have to assist with ADLs; all clients are independent for bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
There are minimal physical requirements for our nursing positions: no heavy lifting, no long periods of standing or walking, etc.
Job Description
Work as a team member with other nurses, providers, and caring professionals.
Communicate with other disciplines to ensure client needs are met; involved in chart monitoring, identifying and carrying out action plans.
Review and follow detox protocols.
Assist staff in high‑volume shifts, prioritizing and organizing the shift, and completing the unit schedule.
Orient new nurses as needed.
Administer medications and complete MAR.
Complete labs necessary for treatment (HCG, urine, BAC, glucometer).
Administer IM and SQ medications and Narcan as needed.
Ensure labs are addressed, reviewed, and transcribed with physician orders.
Follow proper consent procedures.
Participate in performance improvement projects.
Complete nursing competency and evaluation.
Follow evidence‑based practice guidelines.
Conduct nursing assessments, create treatment plans, administer medication, take vitals, and follow detox and other medical protocols while assisting the medical provider as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Licenses & Certifications
Licensed Practical Nurse in PA.
Current BLS card.
