Job Summary:
Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope.
