Position: Full-Time - AM and PM Shifts available
Pay: $45-$50/hour DOE

Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our skilled nursing team. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, hands‑on resident care, and working in a collaborative environment focused on quality outcomes and regulatory excellence.
Position Overview As an RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will supervise day‑to‑day nursing operations during your shift while ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality resident care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
Oversee medication administration and treatment services
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families on care planning
Support staff development, mentoring, and shift leadership
Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state
Current CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; long‑term care experience preferred
Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
