Full job description Physical therapy practice in Lakewood looking to add a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and an undergraduate PT assistant not licensed yet to our staff for outpatient in‑office care. We’re good to our team and we’re like a big family, we care and help each other, it is very comfortable place to work, you get to help others and get helped too. CA. Responsibilities
Assist licensed Physical Therapists in carrying out treatment plans.
Guide patients through exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility training.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and facility guidelines.
Requirements
Active California PTA license in good standing.
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay Competitive pay ($33 - $39 per hour, depending on experience).

High school or equivalent (Required)
License/Certification
PTA license in CA or get license in 3 months (Required)
