Any information omitted from the application form, listed as general statements, listed under the text resume section, or on an attachment will not be considered for qualifying credit.****Management Prefers:*** Preservation or museum experience in sustaining acceptable climate and humidity control systems.**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*** Overseeing the maintenance program, including major and minor repairs, maintenance, and operation of all mechanical equipment.* Maintaining and performing minor repairs for HVAC systems in 20+ buildings including performing scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.* Maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems, including assisting with complex exhibits.* Scheduling and/or performing preventive maintenance and repair of site equipment, including kitchen appliances, generators and battery powered vehicles.* Purchasing all necessary supplies for preventive maintenance and repair work and keeping necessary items in stock, following Department purchasing requirements and established guidelines for securing materials.**Position/Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 with one hour for lunch. Rotating on-call weekend duty.
